Shape the future with data, AI and Machine Learning

Join us in breaking new ground in the media, services and education business! Tackle the challenges of digitalization, Big Data and Machine Learning and help us develop innovative solutions for our diverse businesses – whilst constantly learning new skills along the way. As a data science trainee, you will build on your expertise by working side-by-side with experienced data scientists and analytics experts in interdisciplinary teams in the different Bertelsmann divisions.

Over the course of 18 months, you will take a deep dive into a number of major data and analytics projects. You will work with diverse data sets from different industries, solve complex challenges and sharpen your proficiency and skills in different data tools and programming languages – all in an international setting. Make you move: bring your curiosity, expertise and problem-solving skills to our data-driven businesses!

We foster collaboration and the exchange of knowledge throughout our divisions worldwide. That’s why we established our Bertelsmann Tech & Data Community to enable data specialists and business analytics experts from all Bertelsmann divisions to discuss the latest technology, skills and data trends on a regular basis. As a business analyst, data scientists or Machine Learning expert, you will be part of this data community and work together on new initiatives, attend events and foster exchange between the various business divisions.
